GMC trust service:

• check of your personal medical documents [in German, in English, or in Russian] by our own doctors. 

• Feedback/ reply/ response about the possibilities of treatment and prospective medical costs .

• arrangement of the place of treatment and beginning. *(a pre-payment of 100% of the medical costs is necessary), 

              either directly to the medical facility or to the GMC account) 

• hospital admission / beginning of treatment.  **(a payment of 15% is required- Comission Fee GMC). 

• treatment according to the guidelines of the German medical board and the different professional boards.

• the billing for self payers without special private treatment is according to the G-DRG system (German Diagnosis Related Groups), 
  

• and for self-payers with special private/treatment, according to the GOÄ (tariff system for doctors) 

• findings, report and dismissal letter [in German, English or Russian]

GMC special service:

Economy- Class

• You will be offered a highly qualified treatment, transfer from the airport and services of an interpreter.

In economy class you will be provided with a comfortable two-bedroom on ward.

Business- Class

• You will be provided with a one-bedroom on ward and your treatment will be carried out by the head physician
  

of the medical department.

First- Class

• you will be provided with a luxury one-bedroom on a private ward

• treatment by the head physician

• business services

• a personal cook will satisfy demands of the most exquisite gourmets

• sauna and solarium for your rest

• conference room

• a coffee-bar for your convenience

• we can offer your relatives to be with you all the time.

GMC general service:

• conversation with your doctor in your home country 

• application for a visa

• booking of your flight 

• hotel reservation for you and/or your escort 

• shuttle service from and to the airport, 

• renting a car if requested (normal or higher category, with or without 

             chauffeur), depending on your personal budget 

• personal protection if requested (Bodyguards)

• translation of your medical reports and sending/forwarding them to your doctor 

             in your home country

• mobile telephone or Sim-Card provided during your stay in Germany (Roaming-fees) 

• you will have a personal relationship manager who will look - 24 hours- after 

             you and your matters and is also at the same time your personal translator

• taking care of your relatives and your company (sightseeing, cultural programmes or 

             shopping tour)
